Aloo Tikki



Ingredients :

4 Potatoes - Boiled & Peeled
1-2 Garlic pods -Peeled & Crushed/Chopped
1 Onion - Chopped finely
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves - finely chopped
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Chat Masala
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Jeera
1/2 Lemon's juice
1 Slice Bread ( Soaked in water & drained)
1 Tbsp Cooked Rice (Optional)
2 Tsp Cornflour powder

Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry

1) Mix all the ingredients, making a soft dough.
2) Make small round patties/tikkis by making a small ball of the dough and pressing with both hands. Apply Oil to hands if needed.
3) Deep fry till brown in color. Serve Hot.
