PIZZA



Basic Pizza Dough

Yields 2 medium pizzas

Ingredients :
½ cup warm water
2¼ tsp. instant yeast
1 tsp sugar

4 cups (22 oz.) All Purpose flour, plus more for dusting
1½ tsp. salt or salt to taste
1¼ cup water, at room temperature
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

2 tbsp.extra virgin Olive oil

Method:

1. Mix warm water + sugar + yeast keep for 10 mins till it bubbles up

2. In a stand mixer add Maida , Salt & Olive oil and mix well. On low speed pour the yeast mixture till it blends well with the Maida(at this point you might need more water) and forms dough like consistency.

3. Take the dough and place it in a large bowl greased with olive oil, cover it up with a plastic wrap and let it ferment for 2 full hours(in a warm place)

4. After dough ferments fully then make 2 - 3 balls depending on the size of pizza you prefer roll each ball into a disk , apply pizza sauce,olives, jalepenos, bell pepper, and Mozzarella /pizza blend cheese and bake it for 20 mins(350' F) or until the base is crisp/golden brown.

5.Rest for 3 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!!
