Lemon Idli



Ingredients:

4-5 Idlis
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala or Amchoor/Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
5-6 Curry Leaves


For Tempering :

2 Tbsp Oil
1/4 Tsp Urad Dal
1/4 Tsp Rai/Mustard Seed
1/4 Tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds

Method:

1. Dice the leftover Idlis in squares.
2. Heat Oil in a pan. Temper with all the ingredients under tempering.
3. Once the Urad dal changes color to brown add Turmeric powder.Mix well.
4. Then add Curry leaves, Idli, Lemon Juice and Chaat Masala. Toss.
5. Serve Hot!!
