Bhadang/Namkeen Murmura



Ingredients :
1 lb Murmura
1 whole Garlic bulb - peeled and crushed
7-8 Curry Leaves
8-9 Green chillies
1 cup peanuts
2 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp Oil

Method:

1) Heat Oil - Add jeera, Garlic, Turmeric pwd, Curry leaves, Green Chillies
2) Keep stirring till the curry leaves, garlic and green chillies become dry.
3) Now add Murmura and salt. Give it a nice mix , let it cool and store in a air tight container.
