Khajur/Dates Bites



Ingredients:

1/4 cup Almonds Sliced
1/4 cup Cashews Chopped
1/4 cup Pistachios Chopped
1/4 cup Walnuts Chopped
1/4 cup Crasins
1/2 Kg Pitted Dates Chopped
1 tsp unsalted Butter or Ghee

Method :
Heat a non stick pan melt the butter and add dates. Keep mixing till the dates become soft and form in a ball. Finally add Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, Walnuts, Crasins. Mix well. Let it cool. When the mixture is cool enough to handle put it on a greased foil. Form a cylinder shape.Cover it with foil and  refrigerate for 30 mins. Remove .Slice .Enjoy!!

Notes:

1. You can add one or more dry fruits or the ones you prefer.
