Onion Roti




3 cups Rice/Jowar flour
2 Onions-finely chopped
3-4 green chilies -chopped
1 Potato(Optional) - finely chopped
1 cup Coriander leaves - chopped
1 tsp Oil/Ghee
1/2 tsp Red Chili powder
Salt to taste

Mix all the above and knead to a soft dough.
Roll out in medium size rotis using flour for dusting.
Apply oil on tawa/pan and roast the roti on low flame till the potato is cooked, turning it occasionally.
Serve with curd and papad.
