Ingredients :
2 Big Potatoes peeled n cubed
Oil for Frying
Spices :
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Corriander Powder
1/4 Tsp Amchoor/Dry Mango Powder (Optional)
Salt to taste
Method :
1. Deep fry the Potatoes till tender and crisp.
2. Drain them in a non stick pan. Add all the Spices and mix well.
3. Simmer for 5 mins and Enjoy!!
