Chicken Tandoori




For Marinade :-
6 pcs - Chicken Drumstiks
1 tsp - Soya Sauce
1 tsp - White Vinegar
2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
3 tbsp - Curd
A pinch of Red Food Color
Salt to taste


For Paste :-
1- small Onion
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1/2 inch - Ginger


1) Wash & Clean the Chicken(remove skin) and make small cuts for the marination to be absorbed.
2) In a vessel add the Chicken and mix the marinade ingredients and the paste.
3) Toss well and keep it overnight
4) Broil on High setting in the Conventional Oven, turning it occasionally.
5) Serve Hot with Lemon wedges , Onion slices and Sprinkle a little chaat masala.
